A Summer River Session | Connecticut Family Photographer

On a beautiful, warm, sunny day I was joined by a series of families by the river for sessions documenting their life as parents, family, mother, father, sibling.

I adore River sessions for the simplicity they bring; just all of us having fun collecting river stones, dipping toes into the warm water, splashing and playing, laughing and loving.

This family, however, holds a very special place within my heart. I’ve been documenting this family’s story since their oldest was in mama’s belly.

It’s been such a joy to watch them grow (the kids and the parents!) and seeing how life unravels for them.
